My name is Stefan Keller and I'm a professor of information systems at the HSR University of Applied Sciences Rapperswil. I'm willing to act as a mentor (or a reviewer). An in case that the following mentoring organizations don't apply I propose to take their part on behalf of them.

• Following project ideas are supported by this mentorship:
  • Extend PostGIS with Delaunay and Voronoi functions. JTS has such a functionality so if this is ported to GEOS it can easily be exposed to PostGIS (C++). GEOS (Geometry Engine - Open Source) is a C++ port of the Java Topology Suite (JTS).
