Point 11 in Peter's pdf "We hire only candidates that demonstrate their programming ability." I interviewed potential hires for almost all the companies I worked for, and I realized that, in many places the "programming ability" translates into "they are as bad as we are", since many people can't notice the limits of their knowledge (and the complexity of their solutions), or are scared by the ones that are better than them.
